Ads Measurement is the team in charge of building industry-leading research and measurement for advertisers to support our broader advertising sales efforts. This role is specifically to support advertisers based in APAC who are looking to reach global audiences in our 12 ads markets. </span></p><p></p><p><span>The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, data science, consumer insights, and our vendor partners. For an insider's look at Netflix’s culture, read </span><a href="https://jobs.netflix.com/culture" target="_blank"><u>Seeking Excellence</u></a><span>.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design and conduct measurement studies and generate insights on campaign effectiveness that convey the story of Netflix’s Ads globally to advertisers, with a focus on reach and frequency, brand health performance, and conversion.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrate measurement outputs to craft a compelling narrative, present insights independently to clients and agencies, and offer guidance on optimising their media mix.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with advertisers to create category-specific learning agendas & playbooks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with the Export Advertising Sales and Account Management teams to address day-to-day measurement requests</span></p></li><li><p><span>Offer expert advice to cross-functional partners and advertiser clients on KPIs and measurement strategies, enhancing media plan effectiveness on Netflix</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use proprietary and syndicated tools to create regular/ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders (both internal and external) on the Netflix Ads audience </span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage the day-to-day measurement study process with third-party vendors from end to end including sales requests, vendor intake, survey drafting, analysis, report creation, and presentation. Work closely with Sales Account Managers to ensure studies are launched smoothly and wrapped successfully.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mine, collect, and retain information on trends in campaign effectiveness within Netflix and the media industries to develop and present case studies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support team projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and maintain high standards.
