You will have support from multiple years of previous new graduates who have grown their careers within the IBM SAP practice and can provide mentorship. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Technical consultant to join our team in Halifax. The SAP Practice has grown to 160+ SAP Professionals in Halifax.<br><br>An SAP Functional Consultant can expect one of the following responsibilities:<br><br><strong>Finance: </strong>Configure and customize SAP Finance modules like FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), and Transparent Accounting. Design and implement financial processes, workflows, and reports. Assist with cost center accounting, intercompany transactions, and profitability analysis.<br><br><ul><li> Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design tailored SAP solutions that align with their objectives.</li><li> Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.</li><li> Assist in training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities for clients or internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li><li> Stay current with SAP product developments, enhancements, and best practices to ensure continuous learning and growth.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Technical And Professional Expertise<br><br></strong><ul><li> You can work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, and develop and support innovative applications for our highly valued customers.</li><li> You enjoy working in a team environment with team members of a diverse background and skill set along with being comfortable working on your own to complete individual assigned tasks.</li><li> You enjoy working with the public and have demonstrated excellent customer experience skills.</li><li> You have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and executives.</li><li> You can learn new processes quickly.
