The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with their aligned Sales Directors on all pitch-to-pay processes,  driving revenue growth against account lists, and ensuring our clients have exceptional experiences working with Netflix.  The Account Management team partners with many cross-functional teams, including Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Measurement, Pricing and Packaging, Inventory, Integrated Marketing, etc., on all aspects of the campaign lifecycle. This role will work closely with Sales and Account Management leadership to identify efficient workstreams and establish strong internal and external relationships with key Advertisers and Agencies. </span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and manage a team of Account Managers responsible for pre-to-post sale campaign planning, execution, and insights in partnership with Sales Partners</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hold team members to high standards and accountability by maintaining clear performance standards, enforcing talent accountability, and driving feedback loops to support ongoing development.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Partner with aligned Sales Director(s) to develop and execute sales strategies and packaging to meet revenue targets and drive business growth</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop, document, and roll out new processes and workflows that create efficiencies for day-to-day Account Management responsibilities, allowing them to focus on higher value activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as a subject matter expert with cross-functional teams, including Ad Ops, Product, Measurement, Pricing and Packaging, Ads Marketing, etc., on key projects & initiatives that drive value and efficiency for the organization</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide regular updates to sales counterparts on client feedback, campaign performance, optimization recommendations, and booking trends </span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with Sales Ops on setting and measuring KPIs, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and advertiser-level reporting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to navigate client and campaign escalations and drive long-term solutions to proactively address future concerns</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement and potential revenue growth </span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and media agencies </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>We’re Looking for:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>8+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a heightened focus on video and programmatic advertising</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of managing direct reports and leading with confidence and clarity</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience of working with China Outbound / Export advertisers </span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent understanding of Sales Operations and pitch-to-pay systems, and workflows</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep knowledge of digital media sales across Deal Types, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP transaction models</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with audience-based planning and selling strategies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Data fluency and analytical curiosity to guide teams on surfacing meaningful insights that drive stronger outcomes for advertisers  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with industry tools and software, including ad servers, DSPs, and CRM systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep understanding of Advertising Measurement vendors and solutions </span></p></li><li><p><span>Business-level written and spoken fluency in Mandarin </span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><a href="https://about.netflix.com/en/inclusion" target="_blank"><u>Inclusion</u></a><span> is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
