Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:</li><li>Formats engineering files to drop to production.</li><li>Formats/organizes CNC files.</li><li>Creates schedules.</li><li>Revises nesting layouts for maximum output.</li><li>Reviews a pre-determined checklist for each project, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Organize parts for packaging/assembly.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Make You Successful<br><br></strong><ul><li>Communicates effectively, both verbally and written.</li><li>Understands requirements for production.</li><li>Willing to train with our Design Team at the Firehouse.</li><li>Willing to learn new programs (i.e., Rhino).</li><li>Well organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Possesses strong mathematical skills.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma required.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What Makes You Stand Out<br><br></strong><ul><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree</li><li>2+ years of work experience in drafting, millwork, cabinetry, or work equivalent.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical and Mental Demands<br><br></strong>The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
