We are currently seeking a Claims Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the claims process and ensuring our clients receive prompt and efficient service. Provide administrative support to the claims team, including data entry, filing, and document management. Assist in the preparation and coordination of claim-related documents and reports. Communicate with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of claims. Monitor and track claims progress, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to obtain necessary information and documents for claims processing. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate and organized records of all claim-related activities. Follow up on outstanding claims and escalate any issues to the appropriate parties. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in all claims-related activities. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
