Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Sales and Marketing (CSM) Human Resources (HR) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Seattle, WA. This position will provide partnership to the BGS Sales and Marketing Functional organization focused on talent, compensation and development strategies.

The position requires knowledge and experience in HR and demonstrated ability to project manage, create strategy and deploy integrated HR initiatives. Position Responsibilities:

  • Coach and counsel BU leader and team on range of issues, partner as a full member of the leadership team leveraging business and functional acumen to achieve business goals

  • Lead the deployment and administration of organizational plans; partner with other Human Resource Business Partners, including Centers of Excellence (CoE’s) on strategies heavily focused on talent, leadership, skill based development, and culture

  • Lead and provide oversight of key processes including Talent Management and special projects

  • Use critical thinking to analyze HR metrics, including workforce analytics, to proactively identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Lead and partner in translating functional deliverables in dynamic, global commercial businesses

  • Develop and/or implement integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational goals

  • Support the Business Unit (BU) leader in fielding top talent for the leadership team today and leaning forward on how roles and capability needs will evolve; monitor and guide the development of the pipeline to ensure business continuity

  • Lead, engage in and deploy HR initiatives and business-related projects

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years in supporting employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Human Resources certification(s)

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations with PowerPoint and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and effective communication of insights

  • Experience with project management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $127,500 – 172,500
