This role involves end-to-end testing across distributed systems, debugging complex networking issues, and leveraging AI-driven automation to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver high-quality, carrier-grade networking and security solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Execute comprehensive regression test suites across multiple platforms to validate:</li><li>SD-WAN, SASE, and SSE solutions</li><li>API-based protection and real-time security services</li><li>Virtual CPE (vCPE), SD-Router, and VMS</li><li>Analyze, debug, and triage regression test failures across networking and security domains</li><li>Identify root causes and work with engineering teams to resolve product issues</li><li>Develop fixes and enhancements for automation frameworks and test workflows</li><li>Leverage AI tools to automate regression execution, failure analysis, and issue remediation</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve testbed infrastructure issues (networking, systems, and environment)</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to improve test coverage, quality processes, and release readiness</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong foundation in computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and network security)</li><li>Hands-on experience validating IPSec VPN and SSL VPN solutions in enterprise or service provider environments</li><li>Experience testing SASE, SSE, and/or SD-WAN platforms with an end-to-end quality focus</li><li>Proven experience qualifying networking or VPN products across multiple OS platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux)</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise authentication technologies (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML 2.0, PKI, MFA)</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills using packet capture tools (Wireshark, tcpdump) and system-level diagnostics</li><li>Experience building and maintaining QA automation frameworks using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages</li><li>Working knowledge of OS-level debugging and system internals (Linux, Windows, and/or macOS)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid) <em>Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong> The expected pay range for this position in California is <strong>$150,000 – $180,000</strong>.
