The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on visual craft with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging interface designs for motion games and experiences, spanning a variety of styles and age ranges. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and engineering teams to help create the look and feel of new digital products, from conception to execution.What You'll DoDesign visually compelling interfaces: Work with the team to create the look and feel of brand new motion-based family experiences that appeal to a broad audience, from children to parents, across a range of styles.Create UI assets for branded experiences: Design UI assets based on the guidelines of our brand partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the development team to ensure the quality of UI implementation.Maintain visual excellence: Uphold a high standard of craft and execution, delivering polished and professional designs in all projects.What We're Looking ForPortfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, with a focus on visually compelling and well‑executed designs.Craft: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles and visual craftsmanship in general.Skills: Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.Experience: 3+ years of design experience.
