Job Summary We're seeking a part-time Restaurant Crewmember to join our team, with immediate hiring available for all shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between. As a Restaurant Crewmember, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and being a team player who is always willing to lend a hand. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our restaurant with a smile on their face Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed Prepare and serve high-quality food, following proper safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Work collaboratively with other Crewmembers to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team atmosphere Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist or stoop, and ascend or descend stairs as needed Reach and grasp objects, including above head and below waistline, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Take initiative, work under pressure, and align with Raising Cane's culture by balancing Working Hard and Having Fun Essential Qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older No previous restaurant experience required – we provide paid training for all new Crewmembers! Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease Physical ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist or stoop, and ascend or descend stairs Preferred Qualifications: Previous restaurant or customer service experience Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system What We Offer: Competitive Pay and Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $15.85 per hour - $16.5 per hour, depending on experience.
