  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Tableau Developer to design develop and maintain enterprise-level dashboards reports and data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau SQL and data warehousing concepts with the ability to translate complex business requirements into interactive and insightful dashboards. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in BI reporting and analytics
  • 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience
  • Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop Tableau Server and Tableau Prep
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and data analysis
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
  • Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Create complex calculated fields parameters sets and LOD expressions
  • Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh processes
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts for data integration
  • Develop and maintain Tableau data sources and extracts
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and reporting quality
  • Provide production support troubleshooting and enhancements
  • Publish manage and maintain Tableau Server content and permissions
  • Create technical documentation and user guides
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard development
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with Snowflake Redshift SQL Server Oracle or similar databases
  • Familiarity with Python or R for analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP preferred
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Nice to Have
  • Tableau Certification
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
  • Experience in finance healthcare retail or insurance domains
  • Exposure to REST APIs and embedded analytics.
