This role ensures high system uptime, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and strict adherence to California prevailing wage requirements.</p> <p>The Supervisor partners closely with the Senior Operations Manager, Field Services, internal and external construction partners, Project Management, and third-party vendors to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient field operations while driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and performance.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <p>· Supervise and support Field Service Technicians, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.</p> <p>· Ensure compliance with California prevailing wage requirements, including proper labor classifications, accurate timekeeping, and complete documentation.</p> <p>· Plan and assign daily work to meet service level agreements (SLAs), system uptime targets, and customer requirements.</p> <p>· Monitor technician performance using established KPIs and provide coaching and corrective action as needed.</p> <p>· Serve as the primary escalation point for field service issues, including system outages, safety concerns, and customer inquiries.</p> <p>· Coordinate work with approved third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with contractual and labor requirements.</p> <p>· Review work orders and service documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.</p> <p>· Support labor planning, forecasting, and cost-control activities.</p> <p>· Participate in audits related to prevailing wage, safety, and service compliance.</p> <p>· Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, technician utilization, and service quality.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</strong></p> <p>· HIgh School Diplomat</p> <p>· 3+ years of experience in field services, operations, or technical support environments.</p> <p>· 1+ year of experience supervising field employees or contractors.</p> <p>· Working knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and compliance requirements.</p> <p>· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p> <p>· Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.</p> <p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</strong></p> <p>· BS/BA degree</p> <p>· Experience supporting government or public-sector contracts.</p> <p>· Experience with certified payroll or prevailing wage audits.</p> <p>· Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training.</p> <p>· Experience suervising third-party service providers.</p> <h2> </h2><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Verra Mobility Values<br></strong></span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">An ideal candidate for this role naturally works in alignment with the Verra Mobility Core Values:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Own It.</strong><em> </em>We focus on high performance and drive toward breakthrough outcomes.
