Wrike is looking for a remote Sr. Manager, Integrated Campaigns to conceptualize, create, implement, and optimize integrated marketing programs to generate and influence pipeline and goals consistent with Wrike objectives. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned integrated marketing campaign leader to build and manage a team of campaign managers focused on acquisition and expansion.

You’re an experienced demand generation and integrated campaign marketer who brings creative ideas and analytical thinking to the table. You’re familiar with key demand gen strategies and concepts like: the buyer’s journey, a lead lifecycle and new business funnel, and pragmatic marketing. You know how to use the tools available to you in order to improve upon your marketing programs. Naturally a collaborative person, you enjoy learning and asking questions. Overall, you have a drive for success and take challenges in stride.

How You’ll make an impact

You’ll be the owner of project deliverables and requirements, and work with internal marketing teams to move projects forward. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams in the development and execution of integrated, buyer journey-driven marketing programs.

  • Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize targeted, multi-channel, B2B integrated marketing campaigns including programs, activities, and tactics to create demand and accelerate buying cycles
  • Work across marketing & sales teams to ideate, plan, execute, and measure integrated campaigns
  • Continually review & report on marketing effectiveness using multiple attribution modeling techniques to inform go-to-market strategies and optimize future programs
  • Monitor lead-to-book creation and influence by program theme, vertical, and persona
  • Plan and execute third-party programs including syndication and webinars, managing all details including budgets, timelines, program execution and lead follow-up
  • Plan and execute regional tradeshows & events including user groups and/or executive dinners
  • Project manage virtual customer conference with contractor & agency support
  • Collaborate with and project manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Provide regular reporting of progress, results, and pipeline
  • Review campaign performance, compile lessons learned, and communicate recommendations for improvement to stakeholders
  • Navigate complex workflows, working relationships, and regional differences to be part of a collaborative working environment
  • Lead integrated campaigns team and develop talent to support marketing team’s and organizational objectives

You will achieve your best if you have

  • 8+ years B2B demand generation marketing, SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience building an integrated campaigns team and developing talent in support of the organization’s goals
  • A professional collaborative mindset with a passion for project managing complex, multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience planning and executing regional events including trade shows, roadshows, user groups and/or executive dinners
  • Experience project managing a contractor/an agency for larger event support, including virtual conference
  • Experience working with third-party vendors for syndication and webinar programs, managing budgets, program timelines and lead follow-up
  • Experience marketing to the enterprise Marketing, Professional Services, PMO, and/or Manufacturing buying committee
  • Experience building an integrated campaigns team and developing talent in support of the organization’s goals
  • Proven success of building and launching coordinated and scaled marketing campaigns
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in complex, fast-paced, quota-driven environments
  • Ability to pull and analyze data and make informed decisions for future performance
  • Ability to initiate tasks and work independently, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Hubspot
  • Experience with Salesforce.com

  • 10+ years progressive marketing experience
