Come be a part of what’s next.</p><h3><b>Role & Responsibilities</b></h3><p></p><p>As part of the Ads Operations organization, the Demand Management team is critical to ensuring seamless campaign execution, optimizing delivery and pacing, and providing operational stewardship throughout the campaign lifecycle—all while building strong partnerships with our advertising clients and supporting the best experience for our viewers.</p><p></p><p>As a Sr. Ads Ops Demand Management Specialist, you will be a key contributor in owning the operational performance of advertising campaigns in your assigned market. You will work closely with Account Management, Sales, Ad Ops Solutions, and external vendor partners to ensure campaigns deliver on client objectives, while consistently driving operational efficiency and excellence. </p><p></p><p><b><u>In this role, you will: </u></b></p><ul><li><p> Own the day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in your UCAN market, including overseeing campaign, readiness and launch while monitoring, pacing, identifying optimization opportunities and managing billing, and reconciliation across Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Ad Ops Solutions, and vendors to ensure campaigns are activated accurately, deliver on objectives, and provide a seamless client experience.</p></li><li><p>Monitor key delivery metrics and campaign health, proactively identifying risks and escalating to Ad Ops Solutions for Troubleshooting and resolution</p></li><li><p>Analyze campaign data at Market level and provide actionable insights to local sales teams to support revenue growth and operational improvements.</p></li><li><p>Gather and relay feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to help identify and implement workflow or process enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the adoption and rollout of new tools, automation, and best practices, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely and accurate campaign deliverables by monitoring task queues and supporting load balancing with Ad Ops Solutions teams.</p></li><li><p>Stay informed on industry trends, internal process updates, and emerging technologies to keep operations at the forefront of the market. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p> 5+ years of experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management, supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering teams.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and [Additional market language when applicable] skills are a must</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, DSPs, Ad Servers, task management, and reporting platforms.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including managing vendor tasks for campaign setup, QC, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable business insights.</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics to both technical and business audiences.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities. </p></li></ul><p> </p>Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $130,000.00 - $200,000.00.<p></p><p>Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Supplemental Health and Dental Plans, Mental Health support, a RRSP Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
