<div>Senior Manager, Product Management, Virtual Meetings<p></p><p></p><p>As the Senior Product Manager for Virtual Meetings, you will be the full-stack product leader for the synchronous collaboration ecosystem across Capital One. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and execution across Zoom, Google Calendar and Lucid (Whiteboarding, Charting, Diagramming) that collectively form our virtual meeting platform. You will be responsible for redefining how virtual collaboration happens in the age of AI; setting and executing the strategy for how 100,000+ associates and contractors at Capital One connect, brainstorm, and execute in our hybrid work environment. </p><p>In this role you will:</p><ul><li><p>Own the Product Strategy for Virtual Meetings</p><ul><li><p>Craft a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Meetings that integrates video, scheduling, and AI powered visual collaboration.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Pioneer AI-Driven Collaboration</p><ul><li><p>Evaluate emerging AI capabilities within our virtual meetings platform to determine enterprise viability and value. </p></li><li><p>Design and run pilots to measure user sentiment and productivity gains</p></li><li><p>Build a quantifiable business case and align with executive leadership on which ones we will scale across the enterprise. </p></li><li><p>Oversee the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring seamless adoption of AI features across the entire enterprise.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Build Delightful Associate Experience</p><ul><li><p>Understand associate needs/pain points and translate them to new features that allow seamless, efficient collaboration across 100,000+ associates and contractors. </p></li><li><p>Partner with our Risk, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams to ensure tools are as frictionless as they are secure.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Deliver & Measure Impact </p><ul><li><p>Define target outcomes and success metrics for meeting health, tool engagement, and collaboration efficiency.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p>Capital One Product Framework</p><p>In this role, you99ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:</p><ul><li><p>Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions</p></li><li><p>Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence</p></li><li><p>Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value</p></li><li><p>Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks </p></li><li><p>Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: </p><ul><li><p>A Bachelors or Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing</p></li></ul></li></ul><p>OR</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products</p></li></ul><p></p><p>At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.</p><p></p><p></p><p>The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
