Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of data analytics and reporting while working with large datasets, creating automated workflows, and providing expertise in data preparation, blending, and analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and analysis.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using Alteryx to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Alteryx workflows implementing corrective data quality actions as needed.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using Alteryx.

Qualifications:
Required:
• US citizen with Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire
• Responsible for the successful execution of the program’s strategic data management and integration
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Alteryx., preferably in government or defense sectors
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration
• Advanced proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with large-scale data migration projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions
• Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and tools.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data cataloging solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field
Remote with some travel required.

Desired:
• Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment
• SAP expertise (public sector/DoD preferred)
• Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices
