They are seeking two Learning & Development Specialists to design and deliver engaging training programs for adult learners in a corporate healthcare environment.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions both virtually and in person
  • Facilitate engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees
  • Train adult learners in a corporate environment using effective learning techniques
  • Create an interactive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retention
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite to conduct virtual training sessions and prepare training materials
  • Assess learner progress and provide coaching, feedback, and additional support when needed
  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with operational goals
  • Maintain training documentation and support continuous improvement of learning programs

Skills

  • Experience delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) in both virtual and classroom settings
  • Experience training adult learners in a corporate environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to engage learners and effectively communicate complex information
  • Experience training employees on healthcare claims processing
  • Knowledge of medical billing concepts
  • Familiarity with diagnosis and procedure codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
  • Experience with healthcare claims processing workflows
  • Ability to facilitate training classes of approximately 20-30 learners over a 4-6 week training program
  • Experience training healthcare customer service representatives
  • Healthcare insurance background strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and terminology
  • Claims knowledge is beneficial but not required
  • Experience facilitating training programs lasting 8-10 weeks for classes of approximately 15-25 learners alongside another trainer
