<p>Position Overview </p> <p>Join our team as Product Manager, Dementia Management Platform and own the software systems that power Ceresti’s care delivery engine. This role is responsible for all internal tools used to deliver world-class dementia care, and used daily by operations teams, clinical teams, and dementia care coaches. </p> <p>You will design and evolve the core platform that enables care management, coaching operations, reporting, and internal decision support. You will partner deeply with operations, clinical, engineering, and data teams to translate complex real-world workflows into intuitive, AI-enabled tools that scale. </p> <p>This is a high-leverage systems role. Your success will be measured by improvements in team efficiency, capacity per FTE, workflow automation, and operational quality. Together, we create solutions that make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more compassionate and cost-effective care for those who need it most. </p> <p>Responsibilities </p> <p>Product Ownership & Strategy </p> <ul><li>Own the product vision and roadmap for Ceresti’s internal Dementia Management Platform. </li></ul> <ul><li>Translate company goals around operational scalability, cost savings, and care quality into clear product priorities. </li></ul> <ul><li>Design systems that enable ops teams and coaches to operate efficiently at scale. </li></ul> <ul><li>Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual work, increase team capacity, and improve quality of care </li></ul> <ul><li>Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support scalable, efficient engagement as the business grows. </li></ul> <p>Workflow & Operations Enablement </p> <ul><li>Deeply understand internal workflows across onboarding, coaching, and care management. </li></ul> <ul><li>Design intuitive tooling that reduces friction and cognitive load for operational users. </li></ul> <ul><li>Improve operational workflows, care documentation systems, task management, reporting, and internal dashboards. </li></ul> <ul><li>Partner with operations and clinical leaders to continuously refine processes and embed them into software. </li></ul> <ul><li>Build intelligent decision-support tools that enhance coaching effectiveness while preserving human judgment. </li></ul> <p>AI & Automation </p> <ul><li>Apply AI responsibly to streamline documentation, automate repetitive workflows, surface insights, and support operational decision-making. </li></ul> <ul><li>Partner with data and engineering teams to embed predictive models and analytics into internal workflows. </li></ul> <ul><li>Ensure AI enhances the day-to-day experience of frontline teams. </li></ul> <p>Execution & Delivery </p> <ul><li>Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. </li></ul> <ul><li>Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship high-quality internal tools. </li></ul> <ul><li>Move quickly, unblock ambiguity, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <ul><li>Use modern AI tools to accelerate product development </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration </p> <ul><li>Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, enrollment, and coaching teams. </li></ul> <ul><li>Partner with data and analytics teams to define operational KPIs and performance dashboards. </li></ul> <ul><li>Communicate roadmaps, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications </p> <p></p> <p>Education </p> <ul><li>BS/BA degree or higher. </li></ul> <p>Experience </p> <ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, CRM-based systems, or workflow software. </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong track record of translating complex real-world workflows into intuitive digital systems. </li></ul> <ul><li>Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience applying AI or automation in operational settings is a strong plus </li></ul> <ul><li>Healthcare, caregiver, or care management experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Skills </p> <ul><li>Systems thinker with strong product judgement. </li></ul> <ul><li>Highly analytical and metrics-driven. </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong workflow design instincts and comfort with data-intensive platforms. </li></ul> <ul><li>Comfort working in ambiguity and developing new 0 -> 1 processes </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong judgment around applying AI responsibly in caregiver-facing and clinical-adjacent experiences. </li></ul> <ul><li>Excellent communication skills. </li></ul> <ul><li>Highly collaborative; able to build trust across functions. </li></ul> <ul><li>Organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused. </li></ul> <ul><li>Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains. </li></ul> <ul><li>High integrity, transparency, and ownership mindset. </li></ul> <ul><li>Must be able to pass a background check. </li></ul> <p>Job Type </p> <ul><li>Full time </li></ul> <p>Location </p> <ul><li>This position is fully remote.
