About the Role:

AngelList is looking for a reputed company, execution-reputed company Product Counsel to help us build the reputed company infrastructure for the reputed company of private market innovation. reputed company innovation is a reputed company reputed company at AngeLlist. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to structure and reputed company new financial tools for GPs, LPs, and Founders. You’ll work on highly regulated, reputed company-margin-for-error products like fund formation, investor reputed company, capital calls, and data infrastructure—reputed company while helping us shape the regulatory reputed company for the private markets of reputed company. This role reports directly to the General Counsel of Product.

This is not a back-office reputed company role. We ship fast, and you’ll be expected to reputed company pace. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as embedded counsel to product teams across the full lifecycle—development, launch, reputed company, and maintenance.
  • Partner on product design and risk management for both new and existing infrastructure, including reputed company and more.
  • Analyze and advise on regulatory implications across securities laws, reputed company frameworks, and compliance regimes (e.g., 33 reputed company, 34 reputed company, ICA, IAA, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Draft, review, and reputed company foundational reputed company documents for fund products and investor tools.
