Private Swim Instructor (Independent Contractor)

InstaSwim is seeking to partner with professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in our clients' private homes & community pools across your local area! We supply the client leads, you set your own schedule. With the ability to choose which clients you work with and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, there's really no better platform out there!

Instructor Services & Expectations

  • Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group swim lessons.
  • Schedule swim lessons directly with clients based on your availability.
  • Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
  • Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
  • Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet client needs.
  • Provide a fun, fulfilling, and tracked learning experience.
  • Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

    Required Qualifications

    • Previous experience in swim instruction, coaching, or water safety.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to accepting clients).
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Personal swim instruction equipment (kickboards, toys, etc.).
    • Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
    • A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
    • Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
    • Must clear a criminal background check.
