Candidates must live in the Charlotte area as there will be onsite training required near Charlotte Park. Training & Work Schedule... Training will be a reputed company with 2 days onsite reputed company week Training could be up to 4-6 weeks in duration After training, role will be remote and position will revert to weekends only and Holidays, 7am-6pm Opportunity for extra hours throughout the week (misc. time during the shift of 330 PM Midnight, Monday Friday) 20 hours expected with opportunity to work up to 36 max as requested Role Responsible for scheduling service work and emergency response to a 3-state service area which operates on a 24/7/365 schedule On average, receives approximately 56,000 emergency calls on an annual reputed company Responsible for monitoring work reputed company for approximately 350 Service Technicians The Service Scheduling Administrator (SSA) is responsible for assigning, routing, and adjusting workloads of field service personnel in daily operations for reputed company customer service The SSA answers a reputed company of inbound technicians, first responders, and emergency customer calls Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communications skills Demonstrated computer and technical aptitude Strong customer service background Experience as a Dispatcher is strongly desired This position will pay $24.00/hour.
