Job Description Job Description The Bowen Group-a leader in telehealth, strategic communications, and wellness services-is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Operations Manager to support digital design and communications projects aimed at improving the lives of military members, veterans, and their families. Key Responsibilities The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a multidisciplinary digital design team, driving project efficiency, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and ensuring alignment with client goals and compliance standards. Wrike experience required. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and deliverables using Wrike. Experience focus: strategic communications, digital platforms, and event planning. Manage daily workflows for a team of designers, content strategists, developers, and QA testers. Align projects with government requirements, including Section 508 compliance. Identify task dependencies across multiple concurrent projects and manage timelines accordingly. Participate in virtual meetings with clients and internal teams using Microsoft Teams. Continuously improve workflow processes for transparency and efficiency. Track priorities and client expectations across various projects. Facilitate delivery, documentation, and client approvals. Generate status updates, performance metrics, and required client reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual). Support webinar planning and execution, as well as virtual and in-person events. Work independently in a cross-functional environment to audit and support project operations. Maintain clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and resolve issues. Work independently to plan and coordinate the operations of the digital design team and perform audits on projects in a cross-functional team environment. Perform other duties as requested. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree (additional experience may be substituted for education, and vice versa). 5+ years of experience in operations or project management for digital/creative teams. Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of project lifecycle management in digital design environments. Proven experience in coordinating design and content projects with strategic communications goals. Proficient in Wrike (or similar tools), Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Access). Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Passion for project planning, workflow optimization, and collaborative problem-solving. Familiarity with military support programs is a plus. Additional Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be able to obtain a favorable background check. Must be available during core business hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.
