Observability Consultant - Splunk - RemoteWe're hiring a Splunk Observability Consultant to design, implement, and optimize observability solutions for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll work across complex environments, helping organizations gain deeper visibility into their systems, improve reliability, and accelerate incident response through the Splunk Observability Cloud suite.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of observability solutions using Splunk Observability CloudPartner with clients to assess existing observability maturity, define requirements, and recommend improvementsImplement and integrate Splunk observability tooling with cloud-native and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Work closely with SRE, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams to define SLIs/SLOs and enable proactive detection and incident responseDeliver workshops, documentation, and enablement sessions to upskill client teams and drive adoptionCollaborate with internal teams to develop and refine observability accelerators, templates, and best practicesAct as a trusted advisor, providing technical leadership and thought partnership throughout project lifecyclesWhat You Need:Deep experience of the Splunk ecosystemStrong hands-on experience with Splunk Observability Cloud (or Splunk Enterprise with strong exposure to modern observability modules or other observability tools)Solid understanding of observability pillars: logs, metrics, traces, and digital experience monitoringExcellent client-facing and communication skills able to translate technical insights into business valueSplunk Observability Certifications (e.g. Splunk O11y Certified Admin, Accredited ObservabilityConsultant) are highly desirable; a willingness to certify if not already qualified is expectedPrevious consulting or professional services experience preferredWhats on Offer:Market leading comp packageRemote-first with occasional client travelExposure to enterprise-scale observability and reliability transformation projectsFunded Splunk certifications and ongoing training supportComprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, and unlimited PTO#J-18808-Ljbffr
