Job Overview

We are seeking a compliant and detail-oriented physician to serve as Medical Director for our med spa operations . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including corporate practice of medicine laws, and is committed to ensuring that all clinical services are delivered safely, ethically, and in full compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical oversight for med spa operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Review, approve, and uphold company clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper supervision and delegation of medical services to qualified staff
  • Maintain compliance with corporate practice of medicine laws in all states under your licensure
  • Be available to perform or support Good Faith Exams (GFE) as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
  • Provide guidance on clinical best practices and risk management
  • Participate in periodic audits or reviews to ensure ongoing compliance

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted state medical license in Florida
  • Prior experience as a Medical Director is preferred but not Required
  • Open to candidates without Medical Director experience (training will be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
