Artificial Intelligence is already part of our reality.</p> <p data-start="306" data-end="726">For this challenge, we are looking for a Project Manager focused on Delivery & Digital Transformation to help clients accelerate AI adoption and drive measurable business impact across strategic initiatives.<br>This person will work closely with enterprise clients, connecting CI&T’s AI strategy to operational execution, enabling teams, scaling delivery practices, and ensuring sustainable adoption of AI-driven solutions.</p> <p data-start="728" data-end="744"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p data-start="746" data-end="1673">Lead digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives across client projects and multidisciplinary teams.<br>Drive the operationalization of Generative AI solutions and AI-assisted workflows within the software development lifecycle.<br>Define and evolve roadmaps, prioritization strategies, OKRs, and KPIs focused on business value and measurable outcomes.<br>Manage stakeholders, align expectations, facilitate communication, and influence technical and operational decisions.<br>Support change management initiatives, enabling teams through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.<br>Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and successful execution.<br>Promote continuous improvement practices using metrics, feedback loops, and lessons learned.<br>Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure alignment between business goals, AI initiatives, and delivery strategy.</p> <p data-start="1675" data-end="1706"><strong>Requirements for this challenge</strong></p> <p data-start="1708" data-end="2722">Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Squad Leader, or similar role in technology and digital transformation environments.<br>Experience leading software delivery projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.<br>Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), delivery processes, and modern engineering practices.<br>Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, and AI adoption strategies.<br>Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.<br>Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership by influence skills.<br>Experience defining and tracking OKRs, KPIs, delivery metrics, and business outcomes.<br>Ability to prioritize roadmaps and initiatives balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and operational efficiency.<br>Experience with change management, team enablement, and process improvement initiatives.<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>Advanced English.</p> <p data-start="2724" data-end="2737"><strong>Differentials</strong></p> <p data-start="2739" data-end="3201" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">Experience in consulting environments or enterprise digital transformation projects.<br>Experience supporting AI adoption within engineering or product teams.<br>Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development, AI governance, or AI literacy initiatives.<br>Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and modern cloud-native environments.<br>Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or
