As a Workday HC IT Expert, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our global Human Capital (HC) system landscape. You will work closely with global HR stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to implement, enhance, and support Workday across all Advantest regions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an international environment, enjoys complex problem-solving, and brings deep Workday experience. Responsibilities: • Lead global implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives for Workday HC modules. • Translate global HR business requirements into functional Workday solutions and system configurations. • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HC across all regions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and system integrity. • Collaborate with global HR and cross-functional teams to support business processes, integrations, and reporting needs. • Manage Workday releases, system upgrades, and roadmap planning. • Provide high-level troubleshooting support for complex issues and coordinate resolution with global teams and external partners. • Maintain documentation, test scripts, training materials, and process maps. • Support global HR transformation efforts, ensuring strong alignment between business needs and system capabilities. • Partner with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Workday adheres to global privacy and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Workday Implementation & Optimization • Lead and support end to end Workday HC module implementations, enhancements, and rollouts in a global enterprise environment. • Translate global HR business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and solutions. • Manage system upgrades, new feature releases, and roadmap planning for HR applications. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance user experience. Global System Ownership • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HC across all global regions. • Ensure system design adheres to global standards while meeting local regulatory requirements. • Oversee Workday data integrity, security, and compliance across multiple regions and business units. • Collaborate with global Workday tenants, ensuring alignment across time zones and functional teams. Stakeholder Engagement & Support • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT Security, and Finance teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Provide expert-level support for complex inquiries, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. • Facilitate cross functional workshops, system demos, and end user training sessions. • Maintain strong relationships with external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
