This team includes an exciting portfolio of programs comprised of building and supporting technical solutions to foster customer mission success - from service delivery to large-scale supply chains, mission support, cloud, AI/ML, cyber security, data analytics and more. Our work depends on an IT Services Consultant to build strategy, provide operational excellence, and help position GDIT as a strategic partner with Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The ideal candidate has relationships with key OCC decision makers in the OCC's Business Lines and/or CIO organizations at the Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Director and Senior Manager levels, as well as experience successfully managing major programs at the OCC. You will help GDIT continue to grow and expand new business areas, meet emerging mission needs, provide leadership and foster a high performing team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Interface with the OCC leadership to align GDIT capabilities and strengths to meet mission needs - Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers - Strengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needs - Develop and lead program teams to develop a collaborative team culture - Providing leadership across the new business development lifecycle - from opportunity identification, qualification, and win strategy development through the post-submission phase of the Capture process. - Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the “voice of the customer”, including reviews and proposal and content development REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to obtain relevant OCC clearances - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 10+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience - Candidates must have in-depth leadership experience supporting programs at the OCC - Proven experience driving culture change and leading a dynamic mission-focused teams - Strong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teams - Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution - Proven aptitude for teaching, coaching and mentoring - Telework position, local to the DC metro area and ability to travel to customer sites, as needed, is required DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS: - Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers P/PM Senior Level 3 (FAC P/PM) - Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) WHAT GDIT CAN OFFER YOU: - Entrepreneurial, flexible and dynamic environment with the ability to make a difference - 401K with company match - Diverse, collaborative teams of highly motivated critical thinkers and innovators - Challenging work that makes a real impact on the world around you - Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career The likely hourly rate for this position is between $106.25 - $143.75. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
