The role

SoFi is hiring an Influencer Strategist to help run influencer marketing across our brand and product initiatives. You'll execute campaigns end to end: sourcing talent, building briefs, moving contracts through legal and compliance, and reporting on what worked.

You will partner closely with our in-house creative studio, product marketing, data science, legal, compliance and media teams to drive awareness, consideration and member growth across SoFi’s product suite.

What you'll do

  • Execute influencer campaign plans in partnership with brand and product teams, contributing to the campaign approach
  • Source, evaluate, and pitch influencer talent, ensuring influencers meet brand guidelines and deliver on campaign objectives
  • Develop influencer briefing materials that lead to compelling, ownable content
  • Support contracts and content approval in partnership with SoFi Legal and Compliance, ensuring content adheres to regulatory guidelines
  • Track influencer campaign performance, build campaign reporting, apply learnings to future campaigns
  • Partner with media and performance teams to develop influencer assets for paid social channels
  • Support influencer and talent hosting at key SoFi events, ensuring partners have a seamless experience
  • Coordinate travel logistics and booking for influencers/talent as needed

What you'll need

  • Undergrad degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in social media and influencer marketing
  • Understanding of social channels (existing and emerging), influencer/creator marketplace
  • Experience managing and contracting influencer talent
  • Uses AI to move faster across ideation, content, audience insights, and testing.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and Impact affiliate platform is a plus
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong EQ and ability to assess nuance in conversations and react accordingly

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Pay range: $43-$56

Payment frequency: Hourly
