This role will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, customer success, operations, and strategic partners to ensure seamless deployments and scalable implementation processes.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has deep experience in mortgage technology, lender workflows, and enterprise implementations, with a strong understanding of LOS/POS ecosystems and third-party integrations.</p> </div><p><br></p><b>What You’ll Do:</b><ul> <li>Own and optimize the end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding experience for home lending customers.</li> <li>Manage integrations and strategic relationships with third-party mortgage technology platforms including Encompass, Blue Sage, Byte, Vesta, nCino, Blend, Tidelwave, Lodasoft, LenderLogix and other LOS/POS/mortgage ecosystem partners</li> <li>Partner directly with lenders and enterprise customers to gather business and technical requirements</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, operations, and partnerships teams to ensure successful client deployments</li> <li>Drive scalable implementation processes, onboarding playbooks, and integration standards</li> <li>Translate customer implementation needs into product enhancements and roadmap priorities</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve automation, reduce manual effort, and accelerate go-live timelines</li> <li>Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication</li> <li>Collaborate with Customer Success to improve customer adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes</li> <li>Monitor implementation performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency</li> <li>Serve as the internal subject matter expert for mortgage workflows, lender onboarding, and integration ecosystems</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications</b><div><strong>Required:</strong></div> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in product management, implementation management, solutions engineering, or enterprise onboarding within fintech or mortgage technology</li> <li>Strong knowledge of mortgage origination workflows and lender operations</li> <li>Hands-on experience with LOS/POS platforms such as Encompass, nCino, Blue Sage, Byte, or similar systems</li> <li>Experience managing API-based integrations and technical implementation projects</li> <li>Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and operational execution capabilities</li> </ul> <div><strong>Preferred:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience working with verification providers, borrower data platforms, or embedded fintech products</li> <li>Familiarity with mortgage compliance and GSE requirements</li> <li>Experience improving onboarding scalability through automation and process optimization</li> <li>Technical familiarity with APIs, SSO, webhooks, and integration architectures</li> <li>Experience working with enterprise lenders and strategic partners</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Success Metrics:</b><ul> <li>Net Dollar Retention (NDR) in partnership with Customer Success</li> <li>SLA adherence for customer go-live timelines</li> <li>Reduction in implementation and onboarding time</li> <li>Increased adoption and usage of integrations and embedded workflows</li> <li>Improved customer satisfaction and implementation quality</li> <li>Reduced implementation-related escalations and operational overhead</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Why Join Us:</b><ul> <li>Opportunity to shape the future of home lending and fintech implementations at scale</li> <li>Work with leading lenders and mortgage technology platforms across the ecosystem</li> <li>High-impact, cross-functional role with visibility across product, engineering, and customer teams</li> <li>Fast-paced environment with strong ownership and career growth opportunities</li> <li>Competitive compensation, benefits, and flexible work environment</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p> <div>$180,000 - $220,000 a year</div><small><div>Base salary.</div></small>
