<p>Position Overview </p> <p>Join our Product team as a HubSpot Administrator and play a critical role in supporting Ceresti’s enrollment engine, the front line of our growth. In this role, you will own the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day operation of our HubSpot instance, embedding directly with our enrollment specialists and operations team to remove friction, improve visibility, and accelerate outreach. You will translate frontline feedback into concrete CRM improvements: streamlined navigation, smarter lead distribution, integrated dialer workflows, personalized email templates, and the automation needed to help our enrollment team scale. Partnering closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and the broader Enrollment team, you will configure HubSpot to match how our team works and ensure every enrollment specialist has the tools and visibility they need to do their best work. </p> <p>About Us & What We Do </p> <p>Ceresti is on a mission to reduce avoidable hospitalizations and improve care for people living with dementia while improving the lives of their families and caregivers. Together, we create solutions that make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more compassionate and cost-effective care for those who need it most. </p> <p>Responsibilities </p> <p>HubSpot Configuration, Automation, and Optimization </p> <ul><li>Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Data Hub), including object structure, properties, permissions, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, views, and pipelines. </li></ul> <ul><li>Configure record layouts, views, and navigation to ensure enrollment specialists have an optimized environment that supports their workflows. </li></ul> <ul><li>Build and maintain automated workflows, sequences, and task queues that minimize manual work and keep the enrollment team focused on high-priority outreach. </li></ul> <ul><li>Design and implement lead distribution workflows that route leads to the right enrollment specialist based on priority, geography, and workload. </li></ul> <ul><li>Build targeted call lists and prioritization queues. </li></ul> <ul><li>Optimize the HubSpot calling integration to surface lead context inside the dialer, capture call activity automatically, and eliminate the need to toggle between windows. </li></ul> <ul><li>Maintain and improve integrations across the Ceresti stack (website, calendar, email, teams, and other enrollment tools), partnering with Engineering and Analytics as needed. </li></ul> <p>Sales Enablement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement </p> <ul><li>Embed with the enrollment team to deeply understand their daily workflow, document pain points, and proactively implement improvements. </li></ul> <ul><li>Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports that surface enrollment funnel metrics, rep performance, lead disposition, and pipeline health for both frontline reps and leadership. </li></ul> <ul><li>Create short how-to videos, internal documentation, and onboarding resources to reduce ramp time for new enrollment specialists and streamline change management when configurations evolve. </li></ul> <ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment team HubSpot questions and requests, and continuously improve administration practices, governance, and standards. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications </p> <p>Education </p> <ul><li>BS/BA degree or higher. </li></ul> <p>Experience </p> <ul><li>3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience, with deep working knowledge of Sales Hub. </li></ul> <ul><li>Demonstrated experience configuring HubSpot for inside sales, outbound calling, or enrollment teams, including lead distribution, workflows, sequences, lists, and queues. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience integrating HubSpot with a telephony tool (e.g. RingCentral) and optimizing the agent dialer experience. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience building targeted lead lists, prioritization queues, and follow-up/task management within HubSpot. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience building HubSpot dashboards and reports. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience creating internal training resources. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience using AI tools for productivity. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience supporting a scaling enrollment, inside sales, or contact center team in healthcare, value-based care, or a regulated industry is strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills </p> <ul><li>Deep working knowledge of HubSpot objects, properties, permissions, workflows, sequences, lists, views, and reporting. </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong user-centered orientation.
