Here you will be part of a high-performance culture where colleagues embrace challenges, drive transformative solutions, and create opportunities for growth. Together, we’re transforming how better health happens.

Teladoc Health is a highly-collaborative, fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll find your excitement building as you’re both challenged and gratified by progress, every day. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Optimization, who takes an AI forward approach to modernize the tech-enabled workflows that support virtual care delivery across clinical specialties. This role will focus on building scalable capabilities across scheduling, provider availability, workforce optimization, EMR-enabled workflows, and cross-platform integrations.

This is not a feature-factory role. We are looking for a product leader who is outcome-oriented, deeply empathetic to users, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and excited to build 0→1 capabilities that can improve how care teams work at scale. You will partner closely with product, engineering, clinical operations, informatics, data, design, and external partners to define trustworthy, clinically informed solutions that improve provider efficiency, operational capacity, member access, and patient outcomes.

The right person will be able to move fluidly between strategy and execution. They should be comfortable spending time with users and operators to understand workflow pain points, while also partnering with technical teams to design scalable solutions across EMR and non-EMR platforms.

Success in this role will come from delivering capabilities that reduce operational friction, improve provider efficiency, increase care team capacity, and create better member and patient experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for clinical optimization capabilities across scheduling, provider availability, workforce optimization, and EMR-enabled workflows.
  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to improve provider capacity, care team efficiency, member access, and operational performance.
  • Drive 0→1 product discovery and execution for new capabilities that can scale across clinical specialties for different pool of providers (W2s and 1099s).
  • Translate complex clinical and operational workflows into clear product requirements, success metrics, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Manage a prioritized product roadmap that addresses product needs and aligns with overall company objectives.
  • Partner with engineering, design, clinical operations, informatics, data, analytics, and business stakeholders to move from problem definition to launch and iteration.
  • Drive integrations across EMR/EHR and non-EMR platforms, including FHIR/HL7 and SMART APIs, data exchange, workflow handoffs, and operational tooling.
  • Explore opportunities to use automation, AI/ML, data, and platform capabilities to reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and simplify care delivery.
  • Use data, user feedback, and business context to prioritize outcomes over activity and measurable impact over feature output.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through clear storytelling, structured tradeoff discussions, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure solutions are clinically appropriate, operationally scalable, trustworthy, and aligned with business and patient impact.
  • Translates complex data and requirements into understandable communications to different audiences.
  • Participate in a culture of learning and growing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, enterprise SaaS, platform products, or regulated environments.

  • Background working with healthcare, digital health, EMR/EHR platforms, provider workflows, or clinical operations.
  • Fluency with API-based integrations, platform interoperability, cross-system workflows, and technical tradeoff discussions.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, or workflow technologies to improve product execution, operational efficiency, decision-making, or user workflows.
  • Strong product judgment, including the ability to evaluate build-vs-partner opportunities and make pragmatic recommendations based on user needs, scalability, speed, cost, and long-term platform fit.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Ability to influence senior leaders and executives through compelling storytelling, crisp communication, and data-backed arguments.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity, evolving priorities, and complex cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong empathy for users and a collaborative mindset across clinical, operational, technical, and business teams.
  • Proven ability to drive 0→1 product initiatives from ambiguous problem spaces through launch, adoption, and measurable impact.
