The Opportunity

As Healthcare Consulting Solutions Manager, you will lead a regional consulting team delivering end-to-end laboratory transformation for leading healthcare systems.

You will partner with healthcare and internal executives to modernize lab operations through automation, informatics, and integrated diagnostic ecosystems-moving beyond point solutions to scalable, future-ready models.

• Set and execute the regional vision for Total Lab Diagnostic Solutions
• Lead complex consulting engagements from strategy through implementation
• Guide and develop high-performing automation and informatics teams
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and performance
• Stay ahead of diagnostics, automation, and digital health trends

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience leading people or field-based consulting teams
• 5+ years in clinical laboratory, diagnostics, or IVD environments
• 5+ years in healthcare consulting, Total Lab solution design, or digital transformation
• Expertise in lab workflow optimization, automation, and informatics
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. diagnostics trends and regulations
• Experience with LIS/LIMS, middleware, connectivity, and automation
• Executive presence with strong strategic acumen

The base pay range for this position is:

$143,900 - $197,868

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
