We are searching for a Contract Program Manager IV for our Healthcare client. In this position you will lead enterprise-level program delivery supporting large-scale affiliation and integration initiatives, driving alignment across multiple workstreams, managing risk, and ensuring successful outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization.   • As Program Manager IV, you will:
  • Lead delivery of large-scale, enterprise programs spanning multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams
  • Drive program planning, task definition, and execution across business and technology workstreams
  • Manage interdependencies across projects, ensuring alignment on timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at both the project and program level
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to drive decisions and resolve issues
  • Define and track key program metrics, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Coordinate and guide project managers across the program to ensure consistency and successful delivery
  • Support release planning, resource allocation, and overall program governance
  • Communicate program strategy, status, and changes to leadership and stakeholders
  • Who we’re searching for / About you:
  • 10+ years of progressive program management experience, including leadership of large-scale enterprise programs
  • Proven experience managing programs exceeding $20M with teams of 75+ across multiple workstreams
  • Strong experience operating within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Background in healthcare program or project management
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across areas such as finance, claims, provider, or operations
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment
  • Experience managing program-level risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred
  • Logistics:
  • Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah - some travel (up to 1 week/month)
  • Schedule: Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime when business needs require
  • Equipment: Company-provided equipment
  • Internet Requirement: Cable, DSL, or fiber only (satellite or mobile hotspots not supported)
  • Contract Type: 12 month contract
