Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Product & Technology, this leader will oversee the Technical Program Management function within the Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO), driving delivery excellence, governance, and operational discipline across software, data, platform, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives. The role connects execution to strategy, business outcomes, regulatory obligations, and financial performance, with accountability for program delivery, portfolio governance, investment efficiency, and benefits realization.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;">As a key partner to Product & Technology leadership, the Director will translate portfolio priorities into scalable delivery practices, improve predictability and transparency through strong operating cadences, and lead KPI, dependency, capacity, release, and financial governance across the TPM organization. The role also leads Senior TPMs, TPMs, Release Train Engineers, Agile delivery teams, and Scrum Master leadership, while providing executive-level reporting, risk management, and decision support.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"><br>The position also partners across the enterprise, including IT, to ensure alignment and coordination on strategic initiatives involving architecture reviews, change governance, release management, cybersecurity, compliance readiness, vendor management, and cross-functional delivery dependencies.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>This is full-time, remote role with a base salary range of $159,000 - $202,000, bonus eligible.</strong></p> <br>Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Lead and scale the Technical Program Management function within the SPMO, including Senior TPMs, TPMs, Release Train Engineers, Agile delivery roles, and aligned Scrum Master leadership, establishing clear operating models, role expectations, and delivery standards.</li><li>Drive execution of large, complex cross-functional programs and portfolios across software, data, AI, cloud, platform, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives from concept through implementation and operational transition.</li><li>Establish and govern scalable delivery and portfolio management practices, including annual planning, quarterly planning, PI planning, roadmap alignment, dependency management, capacity planning, release coordination, and implementation readiness reviews.</li><li>Create and maintain governance mechanisms that improve delivery predictability, transparency, accountability, and execution quality across Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Operations, and other enterprise stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure strong program governance across the full lifecycle, including requirements intake, prioritization, traceability, scope management, change control, milestone tracking, issue escalation, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align execution plans with strategic priorities, business outcomes, architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.</li><li>Lead Agile and release-train governance practices in partnership with Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and engineering leaders to improve throughput, quality, and cross-team coordination.</li><li>Oversee program financial governance, including business-case assumptions, investment tracking, resource efficiency, benefits realization, and visibility into operational and margin impacts.</li><li>Maintain executive-level visibility into portfolio health, delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, constraints, and readiness through dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, and decision-support materials.</li><li>Prepare concise, executive-ready communications, including program updates, risk summaries, tradeoff recommendations, implementation readiness assessments, and escalation plans for senior leadership.</li><li>Coordinate architecture reviews, release management, cybersecurity and compliance readiness, vendor management, and enterprise change governance activities to ensure successful delivery and operational stability.</li><li>Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and enterprise dependencies, including coordination with IT and external partners when alignment, sequencing, or delivery assurance is required.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> <br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>12+ years leading large-scale technical programs across software, cloud, data, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise systems.</li><li>Experience leading TPM, PMO, or delivery organizations, including managers and senior ICs.</li><li>Strong background in portfolio governance, integrated planning, requirements management, and delivery assurance.</li><li>Proven success driving Agile delivery, PI planning, dependency management, KPI/OKR reporting, and scalable execution practices.</li><li>Experience partnering with Finance, Product, and Operations on investment tracking, business cases, and benefits realization.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills in highly matrixed environments.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Core Competencies</strong> -
