About the teamRoku Ads Manager is Roku’s answer to the growing demand for CTV advertising. Our self‑serve ad platform went general availability in September 2024 and has seen major momentum.The team is focused on scaling the best CTV ad platform in the market, working fast and pivoting quickly.About the roleThe Director of GTM, Ads Manager leads a team that bridges product, sales, and client experience for Roku’s self‑serve CTV platform. The role directly manages Product Solutions, Customer Success, and Customer Support functions to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.CompensationFor New York only, estimated annual base salary is between $252,000 and $280,000. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.What you’ll be doingTeam Leadership – Lead and develop Product Solutions, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams, hiring talent and building a culture of accountability.Oversee pre‑sale and post‑sale motions across all functions, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent client experience.Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously improve operations and playbooks.Build scalable processes and playbooks that enable team growth with the Ads Manager business.GTM Strategy & Product Commercialization – Develop and own the go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring successful product launches and sustained adoption.Engage early in product planning as the commercial partner, incorporating client feedback into the roadmap from beta through GA.Formulate and prioritize solutions, define commercial framework, and evaluate new offerings.Measure and evaluate success metrics for all product offerings.Thought Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence – Identify trends, educate stakeholders, ensure cross‑functional buy‑in, and act as a senior voice for Ads Manager.We’re excited if you have12+ years in digital media, ad tech, or related field with experience in advertising, product solutions, or client‑facing commercial roles.5+ years managing high‑performing teams across multiple functions.Deep expertise in CTV and digital advertising ecosystem, self‑serve ad platforms, performance marketing, and programmatic.Proven experience building and scaling GTM strategies for ad tech products.Strong understanding of pre‑sale and post‑sale commercial motions.Experience working with product and engineering teams to translate market feedback.Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.Ability to define and measure success metrics across GTM, client satisfaction, and product adoption.Highly collaborative, adaptable, autonomous in a fast‑moving environment.Bonus: Experience with self‑serve ad platforms, growth marketer, performance agency personas, or CTV‑specific ad products.Our Hybrid Work ApproachTeams work in the office Monday through Thursday.
