We’re searching for a fun and outgoing Customer Service & Event Host to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. If you love variety, working with people (especially kids), and staying at the heart of the action, this job is for you!

About the Role:
As a Customer Service & Event Host, you’ll be cross trained across multiple roles, from running the front desk and handling transactions to hosting birthday parties and managing our attractions like Axe Throwing, GellyBall, and go-kart racing. If you're Smart Serve licensed, you could even assist with serving refreshments at events. We’re looking for someone versatile, outgoing, and ready to jump into the action at any moment.

  • Front Desk Hero:
    • Welcome guests, process payments, and handle check-ins with a smile.
    • Answer guest questions and ensure they’re all set for their day of fun.
  • Attraction Guide:
    • Be hands-on with guests at our attractions, including Axe Throwing, GellyBall, and go-kart racing, making sure everyone is having fun while staying safe.
    • Provide clear instructions and keep the energy up during games and activities.
  • Event & Party Assistant:
    • Help plan and run birthday parties, corporate events, and special occasions.
    • Lead activities and games for guests, ensuring the event is a hit.
  • Serving & Snacks (If Smart Serve Licensed):
    • Serve refreshments to guests and help keep the snack area running smoothly.
    • Provide a positive guest experience while helping them refuel during their day of fun.
  • Customer Service Pro:
    • Resolve guest concerns and ensure everyone leaves with a smile.
    • Keep common areas clean and organized, helping with any general tasks as needed.
  • Cross-training Opportunities:
    • Learn how to work in multiple areas of Volt Raceway! Whether it’s handling the front desk, assisting with events, or managing different attractions, you’ll be trained to do it all.
    • Flexibility to be assigned to various roles depending on the day’s needs, so no two shifts are the same!
