About the Role

As Channel Sales Manager, APAC you will be focused on the management of key strategic partners and development of new business channels within existing and emerging markets throughout the APAC region. It also includes selling to some large direct accounts and requires the successful candidate to work effectively with internal and external resources.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for growing our APAC business revenues mainly through our reseller and partner channels. Responsibilities would include, but may not be limited to:

Identify, build and retain high value channel partnerships.

Develop and executive strategic plans, in relation to channel partner activity in both existing and new markets in APAC.

Actively drive and grow Partner sales and marketing activity

Manage channel sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

Define and follow clear rules of engagement with channel partners.

Effectively communicate at all levels both internally as well as externally.

Work closely with relevant UKG functions to ensure alignment of channel activity with the broader GTM plan for the UKG APAC business.

Facilitate partner education, enablement, and certification.

Work with partners on co-marketing activities for lead generation.

Manage Partner agreements, order and contracting documentation.

Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment.

Extensive travel in the region is expected as part of this role.

What You’ll Bring:

Must have 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions in a channel environment in APAC region, with success selling HRMS/WFM solutions a plus.

Extensive Channel sales experience with focus on managing strategic reseller channels for business applications.

Experience with solution selling, Partner Management, Direct Customer Management, Customer engagement and Pipeline Management.

A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota (US$1million+).

Driven and highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and with strong presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.

Bachelor degree/BTech/MBA or equivalent

This role can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong. Only candidates with full legal rights to work in either of these locations, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future, will be considered.
