<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>Blossom 360 is the only fashion industry immersion program for fashion students in the world, that takes fashion and design students from the classroom to real factory floors in Vietnam. </p><p><br></p><p>Backed by Cortex Textiles, a 30-Year old Apparel Manufacturing company. We help fashion students experience yarn-to-finished-garment production alongside mentorship on merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>We're looking for Campus Ambassadors who can authentically represent this opportunity within their university networks.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ol><li>Growth Driver – Add followers & subscribers and share Blossom 360 content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Campus Point Person - Be the go-to contact for students and faculty asking about Blossom 360. Answer questions, connect interested students, and champion the program within your community.</li><li>Faculty Connector - Schedule and hold meetings between Blossom 360 leadership and your professors or curriculum coordinators. Show how our program adds value to existing fashion education.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><ul><li>Fashion or design student, or recent graduate with active campus involvement</li><li>Genuine network on campus (actual influence, not just follower count)</li><li>Excited about real industry experience and production</li><li>Able to connect with professors or program coordinators at your university</li><li>Comfortable tracking results and verifying metrics</li><li>Direct communication style, able to work independently, but not shy to ask for help when needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU EARN</strong></p><p>All compensation is performance-based and transparent:</p><ul><li>Every 50 verified new followers/subscribers (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube combined): $100 Amazon voucher. ( After 50, $2 for every new follower/subscriber)</li><li>Each professor or coordinator meeting successfully held: $25 Amazon voucher</li><li>1 month of active participation: Co-branded certificate (Cortex × Blossom 360)</li><li>Each student you refer who enrolls: 8.3% of program fees ($100 - $200 per student)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Tracking is transparent.
