<span class="jobdescription"><p>Title: Asset Reliability Lead (multiple sites)</p> <ul> <li>Lead Kerry’s Beverage Business Network asset reliability program</li> <li>Reports to Business Network Director of Engineering</li> <li>Provides dotted line support of business network maintenance teams.</li> <li>Supports Kerry North America asset reliability initiatives</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Location/Travel:</p> <ul> <li>Support multi-site Beverage business network currently with sites in Seattle, WA; Byesville, OH; Owatonna, MN, and Ste Claire, Quebec. (could flex with additional sites as needed)</li> <li>This role is preferred to be based out of one of the United States sites listed above but could be remote with the right candidate.</li> <li>Candidate must be able to travel internationally between the United States and Canada as needed.</li> <li>Travel will be approximately 50% or more as needed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive maintenance key performance indicators (KPI’s) – equipment downtime, preventive maintenance (PM), urgent work, labor hours recorded, cycle counting, etc.</li> <li>Provide support to manufacturing sites to develop, optimize and implement industry maintenance standards such as PM programs, spare parts management, stock room management</li> <li>Collaborate with sites to define asset criticality, critical spares, and reliability maintenance strategies</li> <li>Develop networking and knowledge sharing opportunities within the business network and also with other Kerry maintenance groups.</li> <li>Support analysis of equipment and systems failures, using problem solving and continuous improvement tools such as RCA and DMAIC</li> <li>Support and develop site capability building with assessment and evaluation of site maintenance staff, training and knowledge transfer to site maintenance teams</li> <li>Support growth of digital automation platforms (i.e. MaintainX, EPM SAC, Power BI)</li> <li>Perform Reliability Projects and Project reliability engineering assistance? (i.e. Inventory, ALM reviews, PM library growth, WBS, URS, timeline reviews, identify and assist with site capacity needs and resource definition)</li> <li>Provide interim support for key maintenance site roles (possible)</li> <li>Learn and train all site roles within Kerry 1KPS playbook standards</li> <li>Kerry 1KPS implementation of CMMS practices focused on engineering standards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar)</li> <li>Preferred CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent certification.</li> <li>10+ years of progressive experience in a maintenance leadership role and/or a reliability engineering role.</li> <li>Food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred</li> <li>Comfortable working on the factory floor and as part of a decentralized regional team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The typical hiring range for this role is $102,000 to $190,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).</p> <p> </p> <p>Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
