Deliver With Care, Inc. is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking to hire enthusiastic drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the Milpitas area! No prior delivery experience required and we provide training, vehicle, and all the tools you need to become a successful Delivery Associate. IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE!

Shift time: start time is approximately 11 a.m. - end time varies depending on route length (generally 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
  • Pack and load products onto vans according to the company’s specifications
  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle
  • Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information
  • Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
  • Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
  • Lift packages up to 50 pounds
  • Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Compensation and Benefits

  • $26 to $27 per hour

Basic Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the US
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid California Driver’s License
