<p>Topicals is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager to support and drive our Sephora business across the US, Canada, and UK. Reporting to the Director, Global Sales & Retail Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring strong execution and continued growth across all channels. You'll own day-to-day management of our most important retail partnership while helping lay the groundwork for future global expansion. Exposure to international retail environments is a meaningful plus as we continue to scale.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><div> <ul> <li>Support day-to-day management of the Sephora business across US, CA, and UK, with increasing ownership of retailer communication and follow-ups.</li> <li>Own weekly and monthly sales reporting, tracking key KPIs including same-store sales, MoM/YoY performance, and SKU productivity.</li> <li>Analyze sell-through trends and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to drive growth and close sales gaps.</li> <li>Track and manage retailer exposure opportunities (FOS, endcaps, animations), maintaining visibility trackers and supporting merchant pitches.</li> <li>Support end-to-end execution of product launches and key retail moments across dotcom and in-store, ensuring alignment across marketing, operations, and planning.</li> <li>Monitor in-stock levels and flag risks, partnering closely with planning and operations to support replenishment and PO tracking.</li> <li>Support development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, sampling programs, and in-store activations.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, planning, and operations to ensure seamless execution across all retail touchpoints.</li> <li>Conduct competitive analysis and bring forward ideas to improve assortment, positioning, and in-store presence.</li> <li>Maintain strong internal alignment by proactively communicating updates, risks, and opportunities across teams.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Qualifications</b><div> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in beauty retail, account management, or a related field.</li> <li>Direct experience with Sephora’s retail environment and ways of working.</li> <li>Experience working with North American retailers required; experience supporting international markets a strong plus. </li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retail data and translate it into business recommendations.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with large datasets and building reporting tools.</li> <li>Experience supporting retail marketing initiatives, product launches, or cross-functional campaigns.</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships and follow through on deliverables.</li> <li>Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action and problem solving.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Topicals, an equal opportunity employer, is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
